Data Deletion

To request deletion, email us at info@filoknot.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Please confirm your account email so we can locate your records.

We will delete your personal data — your name, email, saved addresses and account details — within 10 working days of receiving your request. We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, completed order and tax records), which are deleted once the required retention period ends.
